Roslyn "Roz" Nina-Cianfano of Coldwell Banker Realty based in Warren, New Jersey has been in the Real Estate industry since 2012 and has represented clients all over New Jersey. Roslyn has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients' needs first.

A graduate of Rutgers University, she studied Communications with a concentration in Journalism/Mass Media and afterwards began work in the field. Passionate about Marketing and Customer Service, Roslyn has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her clients' expectations.

Roslyn is a people-first Realtor who believes real estate is all about building genuine connections and guiding clients with honesty, care, and dedication. Having raised two sons in the Warren School District, she was actively involved in their schools and local programs-an experience that deepened her love for the community and the value of staying connected.

With a strong background in marketing, she brings a creative edge to every listing, using strategic, targeted approaches to help her clients' homes stand out and sell with impact. 

Her commitment to service extends beyond real estate. She has served as a board member for both Warren Baseball and the Quaid R. Mobus Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries. Whether she's working with clients or giving back through outreach, Roslyn is passionate about making a difference and being a trusted, active presence in the community.

In her free time, Roslyn is an avid gardener and enjoys home decorating. Spending time in the garden and at home together with her family as well as her beloved French Bulldog "Moe" is never something Roslyn takes for granted.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Roslyn is leading people home and guiding them along the path to the American Dream.
